Lindsey has spent her entire life in a wildly curious vessel, gathering somatic experiences and continuing to seek new lenses to layer into her worldview. She has spent her adult years dancing and choreographing in contemporary repertoire companies, opera, immersive theater, and film. Her love for the holistic started at the beginning of that career through the gateways of nutrition repatterning and practicing yoga. Years and cities later, that inquisitiveness has only spread into the areas of fitness, mindfulness practices, meditation, reproductive literacy, and now therapeutic touch. She officially graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2024.

Her massage sessions incorporate influences from Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, Ilan Lev, and Yin Yoga. But above technique, she values trauma-informed communication and tailoring each session to meet her clients where they are in that moment / season / era. She hopes to hold up a light so that someone may re-understand what they already intrinsically know within as they walk their concurrent paths of vital inspiration and nourishing restoration. The inhales and exhales of this one precious life.

Outside of Earth + Sky, you can find Lindsey teaching at Modo Yoga NYC.
